Maak een Beer wishes to inform you through this privacy statement about the collection and processing of your personal data in relation to all services provided by Maak een Beer and generally on all activities carried out by Maak een Beer. Maak een Beer asks that you read this privacy statement carefully, as it contains essential information about how your personal data is processed and for what purposes. By providing your personal data to our company, you expressly declare that you have taken note of this Privacy Statement and you also expressly agree to it, as well as to the processing itself.

Personal data being processed

Maak een Beer may process personal data about you because you use the services of Maak een Beer, and/or because you provide this data yourself when filling out a contact form or during the purchase of tickets on the website.

Why Make a Bear needs data

Make a Bear processes your personal data to contact you by phone or email if you request it, and/or to reach you in writing (by email and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by phone.

In addition, Make a Bear may process your personal data in the context of executing an agreement with you, typically consisting of technological and commercial services. Furthermore, Make a Bear may process your personal data for the purpose of maintaining its accounting, customer management, management of suppliers/subcontractors, personnel management and payroll administration, public relations, and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information and newsletters. How long Make a Bear retains data

Make a Bear does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept longer than one year if no agreement is established with you.

Mapping website visits

On the website of Maak een Beer, general visit data is recorded, including the IP address of your computer and the time of request, as well as data that your browser sends along. This data is used for analyzing visit and click behavior on the website. Maak een Beer uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

Maak een Beer uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective any Adwords advertisements from Maak een Beer are on Google search result pages. The Maak een Beer website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. In no event shall Maak een Beer be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
